Please give 1-5 days for us to process your order. All our items are handcrafted and made with love and therefore require longer to process.
We will send you an order confirmation email, when your order has been received.

United Kingdom Shipping
Those who selected standard shipping should receive their order within 3-5 working days after receiving a shipping confirmation email.
Those who selected express shipping should receive their order within 1-3 working days after receiving a shipping confirmation email.
Our shipping confirmation email will also provide you with a tracking number, so you can keep updated on your order..

International Shipping
Those who selected international shipping should receive their order within 7-10 working days after receiving a shipping confirmation email.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country. Pretty Kitty Charms is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delays
Unfortunately shipping delays are out of our control. Please contact us if your order is delayed and we will investigate the issue for you, as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personalised nature of the products we cannot accept returns.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us by email Prettykittycharms@hotmail.com and provide us with images of the item. Following an investigation, the item will be replaced with a new one.
